A light recipe, ideal for future moms. Rich in vitamin A, the carrot also contains fiber and potassium, useful during these nine months. As for yogurt, it is a source of calcium and it facilitates digestion.

Ingredients:

For 6 persons

  • 6 carrots
  • 6 Greek yogurts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons of lime juice
  • salt pepper mill

For the decoration:

  • Chive

Preparation:

Peel the carrots. Rinse under water and wipe dry. Grate them. Pour the lemon juice. In a salad bowl, mix yogurt and chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper. In glasses, put first of a layer of yoghurt then one of shredded carrots and this until the top of the glass. Decorate with a little chives. Keep fresh until ready to serve.
